Was walking distance to where we had to go.clean and tiny room, lovely staff.

The location was fantastic. The older lady in the reception was very nice and friendly also. The room was large enough for my husband, myself and our two boys.

When we checked in the reception staff could have been a little more welcoming.

Our corporate queen room was spotless and had new paintwork. The bathroom was great and the beds were very comfortable. It was really useful to have extra facilities like an electric kettle, refrigerator, and glassware.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a lovely leafy area just out of the main shopping centre and I had a very enjoyable experience. I was impressed with the value for money as the prices were reasonable and affordable. Secondly, the hotel had great attention to detail, with clean and comfortable rooms that had very comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Lastly, the location was fantastic, being close to everything and yet situated in a quiet area.

All was okay, with no major issues that need improvement.

Proximity to medical center and St.vincents hospital. Also nice walk to parks and town.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a lovely leafy area just out of the main shopping centre. The hotel offered exceptional value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the beautifully renovated bathrooms to the incredibly comfortable beds in the spacious rooms. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the basic amenities were all in excellent condition and the breakfast was delicious.

All aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The rooms here are really spacious and the beds are super comfy. The paintwork looks brand new, giving the place a fresh vibe. Plus, the location is just fantastic! 🌟

The location was comfortable and handy in a beautiful area, just off good restaurants and Queens Park and the Cobb & Co Museum. Also, a listed botanic garden was around the corner. I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar. The bathroom was reasonably spacious here👌🙂

Well priced place, had a great stay for my business trip. Its location at a moderate distance from a botanical garden was marvellous.

Pillows were very poor and uncomfortable. Flyby's not accepted as I didn't pay extra $ for the room (I believe that Best Western is false advertising) As it was this room with a $10.00 contintnetal buffet breakfast was $132.00

We loved the location of the hotel as it was close to some delightful restaurants and the historic Queens Park. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and we could see that the staff paid careful attention to it. The hotel facilities were impressive and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
